I had my baby 7 weeks ago and my first period has just started. Am I safe to use tampons now or do I still need to use sanitary towels?

Has anyone found that after you had your baby, your skin was really bad? Baby is 11 days old and all one side of my face/neck is bumpy and itchy. Kind of feels like heat rash but it's been there since a couple of days after baby was born.

If your little one poops whilst asleep, do you change them straight away and wake them up or wait until they wake up on their own and then do it?

Had Autumn weighed today at 5 days old and she has lost 14oz already!!! 😔 that's so disappointing and has made me doubt if I'm doing the right thing by breastfeeding.

💗MY LABOUR STORY💗 (it's a long one)

My little girl Autumn was born on Friday 9th September at 4.51am weighing 8lb 6oz.

So, I expected my labour to be fast. My labour with my son 4 years ago lasted 7 hours from first contraction to him being born and according to most mothers, second labours are usually quicker so I was prepared!
I was 40 weeks & 6 days and so fed up! I went to bed early as I was super tired... Then at 12.30am I woke up to a huge gush of my waters breaking. I was in a daze stil...
