So, I went for a wee... I finished then stood to pull my pants up and had a gush of fluid come out all over my pants that didn't smell like wee. I've put a pad on to see if it fills but my question is, if it doesn't fill, does that mean it's definitely not my waters? What if it's just a tiny rupture and not enough to fill a pad? Should I still ring maternity and get checked? Don't want to waste their time if it was just pee but also don't want to risk infection. I'm having mild cramps in my lower bump and backache too...

i think its worth a call to log it as i think at the very least if nothing progresses in next 24 hours they will want to check you to be sure in case it was. Better to be safe and keep them updated xxx
I've not had a bloody show but I did have a huge clump of my mucus plug in my underwear yesterday. I know the timing for it was awful cause I honestly have no idea whether it was pee of not so I don't want to go to maternity ward and look like a fool if it was. My waters leaked with my first but it was a large leak that gushed everytime I stood up or sneezed or anything so I have no idea what to expect. It happened at 6ish and I've not noticed anymore significant leaks but I have got mild period pains in my stomach. Will give it an hour and see how I go. @mother_of_humans xx

worth a call I had a similar they reassured me it wasn't my waters. When my waters did break last week I felt a strong pop stood up and it wouldn't stop leaking out after a big gush and it had a distinctive smell it smelt like seamen horrid I know but that's how it smelt to me xx
