my son's "sperm doner" claims I'm purposely keeping my son away from him for dating other girl even though he made me believe we were together.
when in REALITY he lives in a house with no water, no food, no power, broken sewer pipes.
now tell me if I'm wrong but I carried my son for 9 month, I paid for everything along with my parents. he hasn't paid a dime since the 2 weeks he's been born. (and yes I'm getting child support) he threatens to get custody but I'm pretty sure that if he has a record of CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL TO A MINOR, SHOPLIFTING, POESSION OF MARIJUANA, AND BREAKING AND ENTERING he won't get custody. I also have threats in text messages and voice-mail of my "ass getting beat" and I have pictures of his house and how he lives.
so am I wrong for protecting my son from a scum?

He is bluffing and he knows it. And he even believe what he is saying it's laughable. Girl I wouldn't even bother to ponder on anything he said or says.
He won't get custody ever. Lmfao. Tell him to have fun filing a claim when he can't even pay for support. Keep that baby away from him especially with him threatening to hurt you.

Court will expect baby to come first, so get away from him!!
