I use breastmilk with my babies oatmeal… Does anyone know the answer to this… I want to defrost some milk and use it for his oatmeal but you are supposed to use defrosted milk within 24 hours but the oatmeal mixture usually lasts us about two or three days… It will be in the fridge obviously… Thoughts?

@bethlb, right now, what does that apply when breastmilk has been defrosted?

5 months in the freezer 5 days in the fridge and 5 hours room temp

mm omaug15, I have been storing a breastmilk in the freezer and now I have to start defrosting it to mix with the oatmeal and I'm just not sure how long defrosted milk will last in the fridge
