she could have sit him up properly and done up the straps properly and tighter and then he could go how he wanted....terrible.

I have that car seat and it sucks with keeping the baby sitting up because there's no head support. and if that's how he's sitting then she should tighten the straps and put a blanket on the sides to keep him positioned.
