This is my cousin and I asked his mom why he was leaning like this and she says, "That's how he always sits."
My daughter isn't able to lean like this... What's your opinion?

I have that car seat and it sucks with keeping the baby sitting up because there's no head support. and if that's how he's sitting then she should tighten the straps and put a blanket on the sides to keep him positioned.

she could have sit him up properly and done up the straps properly and tighter and then he could go how he wanted....terrible.
