@kimmygarrett85, Aww thank you. :) You do too. And honestly not much helps me. I had this problem postpartum with my Daughter and not much helps. Only thing I've found that helps some is just getting out of the house and keeping myself busy witch isn't hard with a 14 month old. lol

Ohh I'm so sorry to hear about that. Things will eventually work out. Just keep positive and things will fall in place. I'm constantly feeling the same way. Making sure that the baby is 0 health is a positive. I know the feeling. It's very good to have you significant other with you especially when you are going threw things that people around you can't relate to. I really hope and pray that things can go in the right direction. You seem like a strong caring woman. And a great person to talk to. Have you found ways to cope with the anxiety?

@Kimmygarrett85, My love is losing his job after December and still hasn't found another one. And he doesn't want me working. And I constantly worry about my baby between appointments if I'm doing everything right for the baby. Oh gosh this one is my second and way different. I've lost 3 lbs from being sick to my stomach. And my anxiety is like sky high. At least with this one I have they baby's father with me at every appointment and he helps me with everything he can.

@jackiemommyof2, sorry to hear that. Why? Hope you don't mind me asking. This is also my 3rd pregnancy. And it's way different from the other two. Is this one different for you?

@kimmygarrett85, It was scary for while. Hoping his delivery goes smoother. lol And my doctor always recommends breathing techniques of your stressed. Never really helped me much but it might you?

@jackiemommyof2, sound like you had it rough. 500! Dang that's pretty high. My bottom number was 84 but I've been stressing a lot. And also a nerves person.

@kimmygarrett85, I got to see her for while but they were super concerned about my blood pressure because the top number was like 500 so I was glad they didn't so both of us were okay. Lucky my Mom stayed with me so if we wanted to see her we could call and someone would bring her down. :)

@kimmygarrett85, Because I wasn't allowed up. So unless someone was in the room with me my Daughter couldn't be. And at night they could only bring her for feedings. Tell I was moved to a normal room then I could have her with me.

Im so sorry to hear that. lavender is calming. have you ever been to a spa? they tend to use it in there. you can order essential oils online. it's the only one I would use in pregnancy. and you only need like a drop. I plan to put a few drops of it in a diffuser for my birth at home :)

@brittneilynn21, Ty! Nice to know. I have been stressing out a lot. My brother is serving jail time his gf stays with me and it's been stressful taking care of her 7yr old. No appreciation. What does the lavender do?

no stress! that's one thing that can elevate it! eating well is good. if you have lavender essential oil that is super calming. I love aromatherapy :)

@kimmygarrett85 yea I have it now &&I'm only 5weeks n 4 days. but I had it before I got pregnant ,it only effects me cuz I get bad heacaches and I get really dizzy. but I try to stay away from salt &&pork;. BUT they tell you red meat (pork) is good for your baby but its super bad for high blood pressure so it's very hard to make a decision. and if it just like a silent stresser. your pressure could be high and sometimes you wont know it unless you have a monitor at home . But as long as you take whatever they prescribe you ,you'll be fine just don't dwell on it so much

@t3mommy, I'm really scared because I read up on it and it's really scary to know that this is effecting my baby. So you had it threw your pregnancy? What did you do to maintain it? What did you eat? Ty for you input. @jackiemommyof2 why did they take your baby out your room? I hope and pray it goes away.

It's kinda scary. I had it after my Daughter. But they will monitor it. And won't let it get out of hand. I had mine after so I couldn't have my baby in my room and wasn't out of bed. But it does go away after and you will be fine.

I had high blood pressure before my pregnancy and I'm only 21 and still have 7&& a half months left to go. my OB prescribed me high blood pressure pills to take every day throughout my pregnancy
