Best way to help relieve constipation for a month old baby?

2 weeks PP and I get the worst cramps like in my mid/upper stomach. It’s almost like a contraction.
Anyone know what could help?

Prayers please. We’re on 2 days of being in the hospital. Babygirl is having a lot of respiratory issues. Had a spinal tap done to do testing of the fluids from the brain.

So I lost my mucus plug last Thursday. I’m still losing bits and pieces but now there is streaks of pink in it? I did have my appointment today, 5cm and 70%. So could it be from her checking my cervix? Or...?

Has anyone had a toddler beyond fussy before they went into labor? My mom said he was in a great mood while I was at school, then ever since I’ve gotten him he’s been so fussy and kinda clingy. Someone said toddlers can sense labor?

Sharp, stabbing, piercing pains in nipples? In both, come and go? It’s so bad I want to cry y’all!
