I’m dilated to a 4, and I can’t stand walking. It’s uncomfortable and feels like she’s going to fall out! It hurts…

With my youngest I was dilated to 4 at 20 weeks.. I remember this pain all too well. I tried to stay sitting as much as possible.

@kalidream, I work and go to school. So I’m sitting, but I eventually get to the point to where I’m uncomfortable either sitting or standing.

@mommyof3., have you tried epsom salt baths at night?

Hopefully baby stays baking for some time more. Youdont want a preemie as uncomfortable as you are.

I was 4.5 cm for weeks before my first came. I actually went overdue

@laniejay, I am 34 weeks and she’s measuring 37. When one kid comes early they all do? My doctor said she could be here any time!

@mommyof3., measuring a different age doesn’t change her development. I’d be finding a new doctor if your doctor is on with that.

And no, if one comes early they don’t all come early. I have an over due, a micro preemie and an term baby.

You should be hoping and praying baby bakes as long as possible, not getting excited over a preemie.

@laniejay, I never said I was excited over having a premie. & I never said my doctor was on with her age change.

I just said she was measuring further. Both of my other kids were born 2-3 weeks before their “second” DD change.

She needs to stay for a few more weeks, but if she doesn’t, it’s not my fault.

@mommyof3., why would they change your due date repeatedly? Measuring different doesn’t change your due date if that’s what your referring to

Its giving a DD going by her length. They go by my very first due date. And they haven’t changed my DD repeatedly? Lolol I never said that either. I just said she’s measuring longer.

@mommyof3., you said “second” due date change. They don’t change due dates because of what a baby measures in length so that must be a misunderstanding on your part. If you’re 34 weeks, you’re 34 weeks developmentally. Meaning lungs and brain still need 6 more weeks of development.

@my3blessings18, you don’t have to be a Dr to know about pregnancy, gestational development and due dates. One can be educated if they choose to be.
