@kaylacarese, thank you. It’s only in my left nipple. It’s literally constant.

My mil gave me this tip and it worked for me so hopefully it will work for you but get a washcloth and wet it and put in microwave for about 30-60 seconds. Put it in a plastic grocery sac (do you dont get bra and clothes wet) and stick it in your bra.
