Sharp, stabbing, piercing pains in nipples? In both, come and go? It’s so bad I want to cry y’all!

My mil gave me this tip and it worked for me so hopefully it will work for you but get a washcloth and wet it and put in microwave for about 30-60 seconds. Put it in a plastic grocery sac (do you dont get bra and clothes wet) and stick it in your bra.
