Anyone know any remedies to get rid of heartburn?? I’ve had it all day long. I’ve taken all the medicine I can have, I’ve tried peppermint, milk, etc. NOTHING has helped. It’s went away for maybe 2 hours and it’s right back. It’s so bad it’s nauseating and it’s making me so blah!!!
@mommyof3., not eating can create more acid. You should at least try to snack throughout the day.
@mokai08, yes tomatoes are acidic like citrus, you are correct.
@hollyn216, yes I have, my doctor has even prescribed and it’s pretty much stopped helping. @cams, I don’t eat dinner. I eat basically one meal a day, that’s it. @vanessa81.vr, what is tagent?
Well any kind of mint is bad for reflux. So is dairy. So that’s your first issue. Avoid these foods: spicy, citrus, stuff high in fat, most dairy, chocolate, carbonated beverages, pork, onions, garlic..... the list goes on and on. You can look it up. Stop eating 3 hours before bed and sleep on a wedge or something that helps elevate your upper body.
Have you tried Zantac 75mg? It was my saving grace
@aengs2, @ginabee93, thanks ladies. I’ll try. I’ve literally tried everything.
You can sprite or 7up. It’ll help you burp to relieve some burning.
Pickles. Fruity trident gum. Tums. Feel better!
What do you keep your thermostat on?
It’s summer I get that but it’s been mild with all this rain so I’ve had it at 74. My husband doesn’t agree with me. So I’m curious what is normal I guess.
I’ve seen a couple posts about Panera on here, and I’ve always been curious if it’s good or not... so I think I might just try it!!

Whoever made this was obviously a dumb a**. I’ve purchased all of my pregnancy test from the dollar tree and so have my friends and family. To me it’s smart.
Currently sat in A&E. I’ve started bleeding. It’s like the start of my period so not good!! I’ll update you once I’ve seen someone 🥺 xxx

So worried this is not normal for me at all my blood pressure is high it’s normally low and my heart rate is low and it’s normally high.
@cams, I can’t force myself to eat if I’m not hungry. It makes me sick.
