Made tacos for my husband (fiancee )!! 🇲🇽
I made both the salsa and tortillas myself (from scratch).
My fiancee is mexican; i asked my to-be mother in law how to make tortillas, so i used her recipe.
My fiancee is very picky he doesn't like Taco Bell bc he says its not real Mexican food, and he REFUSES to eat salsa or tortillas from the grocery store so i had to made them myself.
He really loved them. He ate at least 6 tacos. lol, im definitely making this again in the future. 🌮

Taco Ingredients:
- Cheddar Cheese
- Lettuce (I used kale without stems)
- Ground beef (you may use other types of meat / fish or no meat for vegans)
- Season the meat of your choice with salt, pepper, tiny bit of lime juice, paprika, and garlic powder. (OPTIONAL)

Salsa Ingredients:
- Tomato
- Chili Peppers
- Red Onions
- Lime Juice
- Water
Salsa Recipe:
- Put the tomato over the fire until it darkens
- Peel the skin off and cut the tomato into cubes
- Put the tomato cubes into the blender
- Skin and cut the red onion
- Cut the pepper
- Put both the red onion and peppers into the blender
- Add 2 squirts of lime juice
- Add just two or three spoons of water
- (Optional: Add a dash of salt and pepper.)
- Blend until a little thick but liquid (what salsa looks like)
- Mix with a spoon in a bowl and serve it up
