is it unhealthy for a baby to not nap all day? theres some days i just cannot get my daughter down & i feel like it might be unhealthy. she sleeps all night wether she takes a nap or not.
@babeylarissa, I bought those Crayola washable markers, they’re big enough for a toddler to grip on to and they dont need alot of pressure to make a streak and I just color myself and give it to the baby (monkey see, monkey do). For books I buy big board ones or fabric ones, paper ones do get ruined by toddlers easily 😩 and those washable markers are easy to wipe off from skin, clothes, and furniture

@momma_dee, how did u teach ur little one to color? or read? everything i give her she wants to eat or tear up. we have a couple books for her even flash cards but she wants to ruin them
@babeylarissa, I usually take my daughter to our room and we lay down to cuddle. Or I put on a quiet movie for me as I relax and I just let her play by herself in the same room. You could also have coloring time, read, quite music, put her in the play pen to play by herself, go for walk.

No not at all... my son stopped taking them at 2 y old. Now he’s four it’s works out good bc now he goes to bed earlier n doesn’t wake up
Its only unhealthy for us adults (lol jk) but no its fine, there will be some days where they wont need a nap, just means they’re getting bigger😊 For those kind of days I still have quite time so I can get some type of break
I can't take it anymore! Haley (yes my 1mth old and no I wasn't able to go through this "joy" of nursing my older daughter, Molly) has been screaming non stop for 6hrs! All she wants to do is eat and I can't have her attached to me all day, everyday! She has wanted to eat every hr on the hr for the past 3hrs! I put her in her room so I don't scream at her but I just can't take it!
My August baby decided she wanted to be a May baby like her big sister. Madison Noelle was born on Tuesday, May 24 at 3:50pm, weighing 2lbs, 13oz and 14". She was born at 27 weeks and has a long road ahead of her. Every day she has been getting stronger and amazing everyone. Please keep us in your prayers, my family and I have a long road ahead of us. So from the looks of it my husband and I may end up moving to Kentucky.. It's not only much cheaper but after all day on the phone with apartments in Tennessee I'm sick of the rude people lol. I called 1 person in ky and she was the nicest one I talked to all day!
is it wrong to be frustrated that my daughter acts like she can't do certain things with out my help. she plays dumb a lot and I wish I could be like no girl show what you know. she acts like she can't trace or match shapes so shes ask for "mommy finger" to help her so I barely hold her hand and she magically can do it but if I dont hold her hand she just scribbles and acts like she doesnt know the pic is how she traces when I'm "helping her" otherwise it'll just be scribbles all over the page
