Ok. So I may have just ruined dinner, but I was in a Top Chef mood, so I went a little wild. Woooo! Here's what I did: I took a big ol' hunk of beef, onions, garlic, mushrooms, salt, pepper, and parsley and put it in my crockpot. I didn't have any stock, so I looked through my fridge to improvise. I put juice from an orange and a splash of balsamic vinegar and a little olive oil.
Anyone have a clue how this might turn out? It was fun at the time, but I have a feeling we might end up ordering pizza. 😬

I use it a lot with chicken and it's awesome. I bet it would be good with beef too
