Used to be extremely into fitness, in high school my senior year, I lost a lot of weight and kept it off and built muscle, I was hitting he gym or doing home workouts everyday. Then I got pregnant with my daughter and everything that I worked so hard for, went COMPLETELY out of the window😔
One of my biggest regrets was not taking care of myself like I should have!
Anyways..flash forward till now, I've been eating healthy again for a couple weeks now, one cheat meal per week. And working out when I have down time, maybe 3 times a week. Trying to build up more workouts and stay motivated bc I'm tired of feeling in the slumps and feeling like I want to hide from everyone that knows me. No one wants to keep on all of the extra pounds after a baby! At least I don't. Daily motivation is what I'm looking for, and I'm here to motivate you mama's out there on my journey back to my pre-pregnancy weight!
My goal is to loose 45 lbs💪🏼
