My dog is super attached to me, I've noticed this past week he's followed me literally everywhere. He used to not follow me anywhere. Now he sleeps on my side of the bed, follows me to the bathroom, follows me when I go outside, does this mean something is wrong with my unborn child? I've read that animals can sense it before anything else can. I just had testing done, results haven't come back yet, I'm just curious. Thanks!

My dog did the same thing. Someone told me that it means the dog will accept the baby when they arrive. When the baby came home, she sniffed and she'll just lay next to the baby. I have a rat terrier.
Not sure if he detects something or is just being protective. My dog did the same thing even after I had her and my daughter ended up having a cyst on her brain. She is still protective of my daughter if strangers come over and my daughter seems iffy.
My dogs do the same thing to me right now. I've read that they can sense something's different and they know your pregnancy they just don't know how many puppies ur having lol is what I read. They also did the same thing to me 2 years ago when I had cancer. They would lay on top of me then especially my girl dog. She got bladder infections cuz she wouldn't leave my side to go potty. They are just being extra protective of you.
