I understand there's a ton of resources to try to increase milk supply (Mother's milk - which I have, lactation cookies etc) but I wanna know what worked for YOU personally. I'm just getting ideas here. I can't seem to pump more than 2 ounces currently. My milk just came in two days ago.
it's normal to not pump much.. the average pump response is like an ounce to 2 ounces from both sides combined. and not only that, but your body makes what baby needs, and baby is so tiny so doesn't need much milk right now. and if you aren't careful you could create an oversupply by pumping so early which can lead to tons of problems
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
TWW!!

I just tried grass fed organic milk..... I think i have been drinking wayyyy processed milk for too long because i think i just taisted the grass in the milk like it realllyy is grassy milk and dont know why i didnt like it 🤔am I supposed to boil before drinking it?
So since Eliana just drinks almond milk now it's hard to take extra milk with us anywhere.. So I guess my question is, is there like little take along almond milk boxes? Last night we was at my sil house and she had two bottles and ran out so I had to run to the store and buy a whole thing of milk 🤦🏻 it would be sooo much easier if I could find some in little milk boxes!!
uggggh
.....and i just spilt all of the breast milk i just pumped ......I could cry!!!
I tried pumping within the first weeks with my first two and never got much. This time I was told not to pump for 6 weeks so that my supply is established
