Another option you can do is try handy. I do. It pays $15 hr and you set up the schedule the way you want it. Plus as far as welfare goes just give them the dads information. That's all they really want. You have to worry about you and your babies.

I would go on care.com and apply for child care positions. Also, try daycare centers and preschools. They have tons of them; in gyms, on campus at colleges, and so on. Also, check out call centers that are hiring. I totally understand the job struggle because I lost my job at 5 1/2 months pregnant but I'm actually interviewing tomorrow with a mom for a child care and housekeeping position. Parents and mom's especially tend to be more understanding about pregnancies and a lot of them are only looking for short term help. Good luck!

Well try to find out if you might be able to or the father of the other maybe have a note notorized saying he pays a certain amount.

It's cuz you have to put him on the case. You'll get more money and you don't have to tell him squat.

@veenuusx3, I am so sorry I also work with the elderly but I am certified just keep calling keep searching look for help every possible they always have people who help pregnant women please don't give up it is well it gets worse before it gets better plus nothing good comes easy

@sutralotus, I've been trying for food stamps at least and insurance since I got pregnant but they keep saying I'm not in compliance with child support when I am so they keep saying I'm ineligible

Of course there is. Contact department of children and families. Get food stamps and rent help and childcare for your kids. Call 211 and ask them to give you the number of programs that help with rent and utilities. You got this girl. God is good.

Call your county for pregnant woman and child and they can lead you in the right direction as to who can help pay with rent and utilities. Please don't give up. We are here for you. And there are resources out there to help as well. Just research a little bit. My bfs church helped with out utilities not too long ago when we were in a bad accident.

@veenuusx3, it's ok to cry! you're going through alot right now. you deserve to have a moment or moments but I don't belive that God will give you too much you can't handle. You're going to make it through this!

@paula91, I've been trying since I lost my job but never got a call. I only really have experience as a care taker for the elderly and mentally ill but I'm not certified so it a hard to find a job

I just got a job at 17 weeks don't say you can't get a job keep applying you will get a job , any where I thought I won't get employed but I did so anything is possible

@jclelijah, I'm trying but this hormones don't help. I cry on and off. Right now I'm at my parents but can't stay more then like two days. I'm applying to jobs and looking for programs out here

I got a job at 8 mnths pregnant. literally just prayed and bust my butt because Lord knows my situation was getting worse and I needed the money. don't throw in the towel you have to do what you can to support your unborn and those girls. look for some resources. take a minute to cry if you need to but you gotta get up baby.

There's programs that will help you with rent. Don't give up mama.

Girl, wear a baggy sweater. 17 weeks; you can still hide that bump. Apply anywhere you can. Once you land a job, they CANNOT fire you for being pregnant. It's still early enough, and you look great still! GOODLUCK!

@courtneywarner, I honestly don't know. & before I lost my job and we first got together I was paying all the bills and the place is in my name. but he physically pushed me out the door
