#mySO and I met on Facebook two and a half years ago.. We talked on the phone the first night for 5 hrs with no awkward silence.. We moved in together 1 week after meeting.. Everyone swore we wouldn't last but here we are still in love and just had our son 2 months ago.. defying the odds everyone thought. He is my best friend, my soul mate.. It was love at first word.. and sight just made it that much better! I actually met my husband on this day 4 years ago online. We emailed, texted, and Skyped for 2 and a half years before I moved to Utah to be with him. We are now happily married and trying to conceive!

#Myso welp I was 16 and in high school.. Me and some friends were going to the pep rally In the gym.. I was standing in the bleachers w my best guy friend named Charlie when I seen this blond, blue eyed #8 Jersey wearing guy(football 🏈 player) cheering 📣 on the floor w his team mates. I instantly just stared at him the whole time thinking wow!! Wish I could be w someone like him.. I went on to 5th period were me N this girl were chatting and I told her "omg I'm dating a football player by the name (told her his name) she gasped and started describing him to a T.. She said..." that's my boyfriend "... I was taken back by what she had said so I decided to write 📝 him a letter explaining as well as his" girlfriend " Jamie.. After class we were walking 🚶 side by side 👭 towards him to give him our letters (his face was priceless lol he had no clue we talked) sooo the day goes on and 🏫 school let's out (I had just moved so was starting a new bus that afternoon) coming to find out it was his bus as well... ANNND his Ex-girlfriends haha as u can tell he did choose me and needles to say she got off the bus crying... We have been together for almost 20yrs now married almost 18yrs and we have 7 children w each other.. Best love 😍 story of my life. It's not much but it's my love story.. 💙🎶💙 My husband and I met on a night out on the town. I had been following a local cover band (I had the hots for the lead singer haha) so I drove 1.5hrs to catch one of their gigs in North Dallas. My hubby knew the singer from previously working with him and finally decided to check out the band after being asked to go for like a year. We still argue about who saw who first but it was pretty much love at first sight!! While we were first starting to date I was living an hour and a half outside of Dallas but I was eager to get to know this awesome guy so I happily made the drive frequently during the week some (at that time I was working as a server so my hours were flexible) and he would venture out to my neck of the woods on the weekends. Our mutual love of 80s metal (and all sorts of other tunes) brought us together and it's great that we're able to still check out the band, even at the same bar we met in. 💙🎶💙

My husband was originally my brother's best friend who he brought over when I was 9 and he was 12. The day we met he helped me beat a video game and since then I was always a little bit in love with him haha! We pretty much watched each other grow up, I always had the biggest crush on him and he just saw me as his friend's cute but kinda weird little sister. It wasn't until News Years eve when I was 16 that he finally saw me the way I saw him. He was over hanging out with my brother, but we flirted the whole time and eventually... when the ball dropped at midnight after the new year 2011 countdown, he kissed me. It was like a dream come true! We spent more time together the weeks following and on January 28th he asked me to be his girlfriend :) 5 months later though, joined the Marine Corps and went to bootcamp for 3 long months with no contact other than a few letters. It was hell. After we got through that, we then spent the next two years long distance by 3,000 miles and visiting when we could. let me tell you though, it was so worth it! He proposed on June 21st 2013, a few days after my high school graduation, and then we got married September 28th 2013. I moved with him and the both of us were on our own together with our families 3,000 miles away for another year and 3 months. He finally finished his contract with the Marines Feb. 2015 so we moved back home and started our family. Our son was born this last February :) So now at 21 and 24, we're almost 3 years married and parents to a 3 month old blessing. And that's our story! Dreams do come true :) #MySO

I met my boyfriend in 8th grade. My school had this thing every morning where you talk about certain subjects that deal with life before classes actually started. We were in the same group together, but we never really talked. I always thought he was a cutie back then, but I never said anything. My senior year of high school I found him on Facebook and reconnected with him. We decided to meet up to talk in person and found out that we live in the same neighborhood. My husband Jonathan and I will be married five years in October. Our relationship has never been conventional to the world's standards. I met him when I was about 13 at our church youth group. I met my husband summer of 2013, when i was 18, going on 19. Funny enough i was dating someone else at the time of meeting him, (which was a very loveless, and emotionally abusive relationship, but that's another story) I was taking my nephews to the pool while they visited me. Douglas (my now husband) was already at the pool and he was flirtatious upon meeting him and was very sweet. My nephew got stung by a bee and he let my nephew over to his grandmothers house to look at it, she was able to doctor it up and make my nephew feel better. I started to hang out with him more and we became very good friends, he did so well with my nephews and taught them how to swim, kept an eye on them with me and played with them and they always wanted to see him too. It was absolutely sweet:). We sadly lost contact for a while because he had to move, and also i pushed him away :'( because i was in a relationship and thought that i could make that relationship work. looking back on it now it eats me alive because he was in love with me admitted it to me and i knew i was falling for him too and freaked out and pushed him away for an abusive piece of shit (i didn't realize it at the time though). I regained contact with him when i saw him walking down the street from a friends house. I had broken up with the abuser (but he wouldn't leave me alone, kept saying we weren't over and stalked me at home and work.) Douglas and i started to hang out again and i had forgotten how sweet and caring he was and how much we had in common. I ended up moving into his grandma's house after dating for a while, and six months later he proposed to me:) Pokémon themed and my ring is actually a poke ball:). I had never felt the love i have for him for anyone i had ever been with, i first realized this when he told me he would go into the military and i immediately became heart broken, but i didn't want to stop him from what he wanted to do. I was truly happy and as cliché as it sounds i knew I was in love. Just a few weeks after the proposal i found out i was pregnant, which he told me he wouldn't leave to the military, that made me feel relieved but also sad that maybe i was keeping him from doing what he wanted. Luckily that wasn't the case. We were married on Halloween 2015 when i was just 12weeks pregnant. We are just as happy and just as in love as ever, my family loves him and are more than happy and supportive, he is my everything. Always uplifting and positive, never ever puts me down and does anything and everything for me. He is everything i could ever want and more, he is a fighter and hard worker. I love him so much, not only was he right for me from the start, but he saved me, emotionally and mentally, i can't see myself with anyone else. I am truly blessed.<3 #MySO

my man and i met pretty much my accident and the whole thing is kinda corny. 😂 anyway, we were seniors in high school. i went with my best friend and her boyfriend to winter formal. her boyfriend just so happened to be his best friend. so she came over and asked if i would dance with someone if they asked me and i was like well i suppose. well about 10 minutes later he came over and was like hi im Nic, would you like to dance? and i was yeah sure. after the dance was over i was on committee to stay and clean, and he caught me after and asked if he could get my number so i was like well if your my best friends boyfriends best friend you cant be extremely weird so yeah. and i know it all happened fast, but this was feb 9th of 2013 and we were together by feb 14th. i didnt expect anything serious, obviously because it was high school, but we ended up going to prom together and walking together at graduation. then in october we found out we were having pur daughter.we got jobs and our own place and welcomed her in june of 2014. then in October of last year we found out we were expecting our son, who happens to be due exactly two weeks before his sisters birthday. we've been three years strong since then even through all the ups and downs that comes along with being young parents. he'll be 22 on the 28th, and I'll be 21 on the 31st.
