My son is 4 months and is sick , very fussy won't sleep through the night , no fever and eats jus fine . Can I give him anything to help ?

Idk how crazy I might sound but I need help .. I breast feed be lately it seems like my son isn't gettin enough milk .. he always seems to pull away from my boobs but still wants more even when I switch sides it's still the same thing .. I don't get it .. can someone help me ?
