My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for over 3 years. We have two beautiful, rambunctious nephews but are still waiting on children of our own!

Well, I had a 17mm follicle today but my estrogen is too low. We won't be moving ahead with the IUI this cycle. We were instructed to take my last Menopur shot tonight and do the trigger shot tomorrow, and to have intercourse. The chances of conception aren't great but at least it's still a chance. 😑

Just heard back from my nurse. Estrogen was 94, they want it to be 100, which is a significant improvement from last month when it was 26. We are continuing injections and will have another U/S on Thursday. If my follicles grow as expected we could be doing our IUI this weekend!!!

Had my ultrasound and blood work this morning. U/S showed four follicles above 10mm (10, 11, 11, 12) and my endometrium is at 7mm. All of this is right where they want it. Waiting on my estrogen levels to come back this afternoon. If all is good, we will continue injections and have another U/S on Thursday. Last cycle my biggest follicle at this point was an 8. Yay for progress!

Hi everyone! I'm back after almost 3 months without the app. Newest development is that I had my HSG done and everything looked good. We are ready to begin Menopur injections Saturday. Could definitely use some prayers or positive vibes as we navigate this new path to our future child!

My husband and I have decided to wait til the new year to do the HSG and injections. My husband was offered a job (finally!!) and starts Nov 1. This will give us a little time to save up for the injections and IUI since they will not be covered under insurance. Planning on de-stressing and continuing to eat healthier to make our chances of conception even greater.

Met with our doctor this morning. He wants to move forward with gonadotropin injections with the trigger shot, and IUI with successful ovulation. Success rate first cycle is 25% and 75% within 4-6 cycles.

And I'm officially out for the month. AF showed 2 days early. Always seems to show up the day I take a hpt.

Took a hpt this morning and it was negative two days before af. I knew it would be but had to take it anyway. We go Friday to speak with my Dr about starting a new medication. We may be taking a break depending on what they want to try though. We can't afford injections since my husband is still unemployed.
