My mom is going to get on my last fucking nerve. I took off half a day yesterday and all of today because we have stuff to do. My mom asks about plans for today, and I say nothing big. (This is Tuesday) Then Wednesday she asks me what I want to do. I ask her what she had in mind. No response. Well, my husband also took off today, so we were gonna go eat lunch together. Still hadn't heard from mom. Then she texts me an hour ago asking if I want to do lunch.

1) She works nights and normally is asleep for a few hrs on her first day off 2) She never replied, even this morning after she got off. I tell her about my lunch date. I get a passive aggressive "thought we were gonna hang out but ok" back. Tf? I tell her ^^ and she comes back with "well I got busy and I worked 16 hr then 12 the next night." 😒 I worked nights. I get it. All she had to do was a quick "idk" before bed. Oh, and she also mentioned she was bowling this morning. ...so wtf did you wait til now to text me? Ughhh. Ain't got time for this.

I hate my generation sometimes ? Today was my nieces baby shower, which went great. She got so much which amazing since she's been working 2 jobs trying to save up for the unpaid leave she'll have to take from work. Anyways I was talking to one of the ladies there since my son and her daughter were playing together. I asked her what her daughters name was, she said it was Layla. I told her that's a really pretty name and asked her if she was a Clapton fan and if she was named after the song. This girl had no idea who Eric Clapton is. ? ♀ One of the most iconic songs, and she had no idea. I hate my generation. ?

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

is it wrong to be frustrated that my daughter acts like she can't do certain things with out my help. she plays dumb a lot and I wish I could be like no girl show what you know. she acts like she can't trace or match shapes so shes ask for "mommy finger" to help her so I barely hold her hand and she magically can do it but if I dont hold her hand she just scribbles and acts like she doesnt know the pic is how she traces when I'm "helping her" otherwise it'll just be scribbles all over the page

Okay ladies what do you all think I should do I have a 3 in a half year old hes my son then he has a auntie that's 4 so of course they are very close ....so I feed my son breakfast lunch and dinner everyday but when they are around eachother I ask my son are you ready for lunch and then his auntie says I want lunch to but it's like I have my own 2 kids to worry about and why should I have to feed your child when your her mom shes your responsibility this gets so annoying to me because everytime my child eats I go ahead n feed her because she continues to ask and then her mom ask me can I fix her somthing and I say yeah from trying to be rude

What's wrong with a Bumbo? I am visiting my in-laws for Mothers Day and I brought my daughters Bumbo along for the trip. Well my in-laws just thought it was the coolest thing. DH's cousin is pregnant and her mom asks her, "did you see the baby's Bumbo chair?" and she snaps "yes!", and her mom asks "do you want one for the baby?" and she goes "NO! I will never use one of those for my child!" and then no one said anything else about it.
