I have 20 TWO YEAR OLDS in my daycare classroom with just me and another teacher 😳😑😡. They really need to hire more help cause I can't be doing to much once I get farther along.

@mommyro30, jeez that's crazy !! @babyg407 wow I would literally go crazy. Babies need ALOT of things. Especially since you are working with young ones. Only reason I'm really here is because I'm pregnant and I can't stand to leave my babies. I worked here for a year then came back lol. Why why why

@newmommy_2016, I know exactly how you feel. I was the lead teacher for a long time in the 12-18 month room and it would be me and if I was lucky one other worker for 14-18 kids. I dealt with it for a long time but got fed up especially after not getting a raise for years. Anytime I was one kid over I would start calling the front desk and saying "send someone to help I'm over ratio." I made them hate me. They started taking people from other rooms to help because I wouldn't put up with it anymore. Seriously put your foot down.

@janine724, I would LOVE to have a bathroom in the classroom. Or even if there was just like a little room and two little potty chairs. It's ALOT of work. @babyg407 Exactly ! Sometimes we have 3 teachers in here but that's still not enough. ! Since we take pottiers every hour and change every two.. Lunches, snacks, playtime, learning time, nap time.. Whoooo wears me out ! I've been trying to find people to work here cause we need it

Tell them to hire someone and stop breaking the law. Ratio is prob 4:1 and they need to comply.

Oh no thats way 2 much on 2 teachers we have a hard time taking our kids 2 the gym we are lucky enough to have a bathroom in our classroom & they eat in the classroom

Dang. That would be nice. Lol. Cause to take the pottiers potty we have to walk all the way down the hall and same with taking them all to lunch. It's crazy. @janine724

Oh no my daycare only have 8 1/2-2 1/2 yr olds in my classroom & there is 3 of us in there

Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Things I never thought I'd say... Until I became a mom:
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

Wow that's crazy @mommyro30 I'm in New Jersey it's 1:6 for two year olds.
