So my SO wants to name the baby after him but I don't like his name lol and it's kind of a tradition in their family that the first son is named after the dad but I may have to break that 😳 should I let him or no?
His name is "Jorge Luis Fraire"
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

okay my cousin is using the name we picked out for our sons middle name as the first name for her son after I told her what we where naming him and we can not change it cuz my fiance got his name tattooed on him. so pissed off.

my husband doesnt even call him bryan at all he never has ! thats what grts me pissed ,when we did my husband thought they were calling him ,my son gets letter or calls from docs and hes all confused thinking theyre calling for him -.- ! @leslierojas

personally if i could go back i would and would have not named him after my husband ! ever since the beginning i told him i wouldnt name him after him lets just say he was the sentimental one the first trimesterr . he cried his eyes out because i said no ,i felt like shit so i gave in . but i would pick the middle name he said no well the day they asked what we would name him ofcourse it was [bryan ] but he actually added the middle name i wanted ! nathaniel . lets just say after 13 months we have only called him bryan around 4 times . we do not use it what so ever ! we both call him by his middle name. now that i am pregnant and we feel its a girl . he wants to name her ! i put my foot down and said absolutely Not! not again!

@leslierojas, I know but the thing is we agree I would name the girls and him the boys. so I already have two girls.. so it's all up to him. he loves the name Asher because it means blessing. he said he's our blessing because we where ready to just give up on our marriage and then we found out I was expecting..

with my first son my ex and I had a huge fight over this same topic and I hated his name so much, but in the end I gave in and let him use his first name and I chose his middle name. my son's name is Melvin Nicholas but I call him Nick most of the time.

my husband also names our son after him. I was okay with it. but now he wants to name our son Asher when our other son name is Francisco. I like the name Asher but so different. we are Hispanic I could hear our family already lol

I wouldn't name my baby after my bf!:p thank God we are having a girl cause if it were a boy he would want the baby to be named after him and I don't like his name lol😐😂 he deserves his own unique name!👶🏻 or maybe you can keep Jorge as a middle name?😀
