How did you tell your spouse that you were pregnant??

The first time I just put the test in a giftbox, he was so happy. But shortly after we lost our baby. Now, I'm almost 31 weeks but when I took a test I told him by calling him right away. I took the test in the car. Which is funny on its own, because my sister had an appointment and I was on my way to her so I brought my first morning pee with me in a cup and stopped at Walgreens to buy the test. I took it and was shaking. And then it read positive I called him at work and started crying and told him I took a test and we were pregnant. It's one of my favorite stories. Sometimes it doesn't even have to be extravagant or big, it just has to be right for you. :)

I went to my family Dr on December 23rd after taking 7...yes 7 at home pregnancy tests and to confirm I really was pregnant.. and I put all 7 tests and a notre dame onesie in a small gift box and had him open it before he left for night shift...he pulled the onesie out and had a look on his face and was saying this isn't going to fit our 4 month old puppy...and then he saw the tests and was super excited! we've been trying since June and were about to give up! this was our best Christmas present ever! we told our immediate families Christmas eve and Christmas morning! now were patiently awaiting for Friday so we can have our first OBGYN appointment!

i said well told ya we were having another one. only cuz the first week of dec i kept saying something isnt right an he wouldn't believe me

I got to tell him on Fathers Day :) it was pretty awesome. Except I was in Alaska so it had to be over FaceTime which was a bummer

i found out the monday his bday was ny eve so i bought him a cake n put teddy bears on it no reaction then he opened the shirt that said this dad is awesome but he already has a 12 yr old still nothing i even had 2 test right on the table an bibs and candle holders filld witb baby bottels etc nothing he thought it was for my niece dolls so i went n changed my shirt that said peek a boo pink or blue still nothing til my mom told him to read the shirt then i get an OH SHIT n he was happy an started crying im 7 weeks n 1 day

When it was Father's day in America last year, he saw a commercial on the youtube and cried, for we lost our first baby in 2011, and he still got emotional about that sometimes. So on Brazilian's Father's Day, August 9th i decided to take a test, my boobs were sore. As I came out of the bathroom I said: "Happy Father's Day!" and hugged him. He said it back to me, not understanding a thing: Happy Father's Day! lol 😂😂😂It was funny. So I said it again, but showing him the test this time around. He jumped with me and screamed with happiness.. it was wonderful!!!

Lol He just opened the door and I tried to hide the test but he grabbed it from me and said not to hide it. He asked are we "having a baby?" The first one came out negative. Later on we took two more together- they came out positive.

"Uhhh babe you were right" then he came crashing into the bathroom at 5 am 😂😂😂

I screamed were pregnant from the bathroom lol

well we didn't believe it because having unprotected can cause a positive test sometimes... so I tested 4 days in a row

Every case is different hun but me I have nothing to scared because we was living together I just do it I remember I was at work then I send him the picture of the test he was so happy

A long distance phone call. "Two pink lines." "Two pink lines? How did that happen?" "Well, if you want to get technical...." We lost that baby, but we have a rainbow baby on the way.
