How do I reduce my engorement it’s really painful and now it’s starting to hurt to put my babygirl near my breast and I can barely get her to latch on bc I’m so swollen

thegermanmommy Warms rags, warm shower and hand expression. Do not use a pump unless you will keep up
cambertaylor94 I don’t agree.. I was fully engorged could barely move fever chills everything.. and I pumped.. right
