Really debating between the depo shot and the cooper iud I’m struggling to pick one because I don’t want my milk supply to drop I really want to breast feed for a longer time than I did with my son

Im sorry yeah my ob told me no if i wanted to brestfeed you have to get on a birth control with little to no hormones.
Depo messed my milk supply up so freaking bad don't do it
Depo is the devil. It was created for horses originally. There are dangerous side affects that can last years to a lifetime.
I wanted depo leaving the hospital. They wouldn’t let me get it because it does affect your supply
They wont give you the depo if you are brestfeeding because it will mess with your supply. Because of the hormones.
My doctor told me that it wouldn't affect my supply but I did read that it could. I did the depo for over 10yrs and had no issues but my doctors told me to not get bk on that bc of how it affects your bone density. I use the nuvaring and love it!! I did the mirena for 9 mos after having my last. It was good in the beginning but my cycles got really bad at the end so I took it out. Been on the nuvaring for 11 mos--- no babies, no issues!! Lol..
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
@lillynellasmom my supply was good and it was already in in the hospital I had to start giving him formula because it dropped so much I felt like a failure I cried n cried and cried I was getting lil milk pumping I figured it was that shot but I wonder why they didn't tell me
