Is it bad that I feel like I have really bad period cramps that radiate into my back and pelvic pain

@honeyxxbee, like I don’t know if I’m in early labor or if I’m just dilating and thinning out some more but I don’t want to go to l&d and then be sent home bc I’m not in labor
