Well I will be 6 weeks pp tomorrow and I have been cleared for everything. Any type of exercise, which means no more being lazy. What are your go to exercises for just getting back into a routine?

momoftwoboy I’m cleared to. I just been walking more and going to start sit ups soon
kbbaybee16 I couldn’t fully exercise til 12w pp cuz it would hurt in my stomach but I started

Well after a long fussy day little man is asleep in his crib for once. But now I can’t sleep cause I’m in to much pain from my back injury flaring up. I just can’t win lately.

kambam Is he inclined? Try that. Do you swaddle
