Well I will be 6 weeks pp tomorrow and I have been cleared for everything. Any type of exercise, which means no more being lazy. What are your go to exercises for just getting back into a routine?

@kbbaybee16, I need to start exercising because I have fire academy starting in January.

I couldn’t fully exercise til 12w pp cuz it would hurt in my stomach but I started doing a lot of walking

I’m cleared to. I just been walking more and going to start sit ups soon

@autism.mommy, I have some friends that want me to do yoga with them so maybe that is where I’ll start.
