i understand there isnt much to do for hand foot & mouth..but my one year old has it and my son turns 6 this weekend. we are going to chuck e cheese for his birthday.. is there anything i can do to try and get rid of it faster...?

our neighbors are doing a "baby dedication" for their son, it is at a church then they are having a little get together after. do i get a gift for them? ive never been to something like this...im not even sure what exactly they do

today i found out my daughter has hand, foot, & mouth. and her acid reflux is most likely coming back (have to go to her pediatrician this week to find out) then i just got off the phone with poison control because she may or may not have swallowed a coin. 🙁

I am so constipated! i can't even remember the last time I pooped. I've been trying everything miralax, stool softeners, I got some Fiber gummies...and Still nothing. I took the gummies and like 20 mins later my belly hurt like I needed to go so I went to restroom but all it was, was gas. I know this is TMI but I need help. And I'm not pregnant, my daughter is one, son is almost six. I don't have a Dr either we moved recently.
