Ah, I can't believe my baby boy is already 3 months old!! He's getting so big!

So I've begun to worry that my milk supply has gone down. I have gone back to work full time and as such, I pump at least 5 ounces while I'm at work and nurse my son when he's with me at home. lately it hasn't felt like my milk has been coming in has much as it usually does. I'm usually full before or by noon and that hasn't been happening too much now.

Does this mean that my milk supply has gone down? what can I do to bring my milk supply back up?

Pretty sure that I got to hear my baby's first real laugh. I absolutely love it and him. I couldn't be happier as a new mom.
