Any clue what these spots are? I've started to really notice them maybe 2-3 years ago. I scrub and it won't come off so I don't think it's dirt. I usually wear Jordans and boots. Not really a fan of Sandals

She's nursing okay and she's 7 months. I'm really worried. I've never had my kids eat a toy lol It's a small piece. Maybe penny size but I'm still worried
