I give my daughter stuffed peppers she loves them, what I do to make sure the stuff in the inside isn't to hot I chopped it into finger length pieces with the filling on top. I tend to serve with some home made chips or some corn on the cob xx

Aw that does sound lovely! I'm definitly going to give it a go if she dont like the pepper I'm sure she will like the filling haha !
