Who on here can HONESTLY say you’ve never yelled at your kids? I yell sometimes and that doesn’t make me a bad mom. 🤷🏻♀️ just sharing a thought on my mind

I really try hard to use positive reinforcement, but obviously I’m not perfect and I yell sometimes. I always apologize and feel like shit after :/

This is me! But timeouts have helped and the yelling is usually more out of frustration on my end. And I always apologize and we give hugs. Thankfully, things have gotten better
I always apologize too. My 4 year old just really pushes my buttons and it’s hard being stuck at home all day with her while my husband is at work. It’s hard
Yup i yell more then i should honestly , I’m ashamed of it but it’s hard dealing with them myself and they’re insane antics

I also don’t yell a whole lot, not at the kids or my dh lol. I’m just not much of a yeller. I’d rather get down face to face and talk it out. Now I am stern but don’t raise my voice often

@bbgirlmama, I found that yelling didn’t really accomplish anything so I changed it up. I mean I still yell occasionally but I was never much of a yeller anyway so it’s not something I’m used to doing. I’m more of a stern talking to type of person. My parents didn’t yell a whole lot going up so maybe that’s why I don’t? Idk

I can’t but my 5 year old asked me today if I ever yelled at him, it’s been a while since I have, and I said yes I’ve yelled at u before and he said well I don’t remember u ever yelling at me. It was so sweet and I hope he doesn’t remember lol!!
Awww I love that! It’s so special that as mothers we lose our cool on our kids sometimes but they still love us. 🥰😩😭
I asked my daughter if she brushed her teeth and she yelled at me and said Yes!! I told her "why you yelling?" She goes "I'm yelling at you because your ugly" 😳😩😂 that little shit lol
Ugh (long) So yesterday I heard my sister and her Bf fighting. To the point I had to yell downstairs to stop it. (I heard my sister yell something, Something banging on the wall, then her Bf yelling) so I yelled 'what is going on in my house?!' The Bf yelled back my sister tripped him and he hit his head and wouldn't let him leave. I yelled to let him go. So she did. Two hours later he came back(to get some of his stuff) and came upstairs to tell me he was moving out. Ok fine. Idc (personally I don't know how she can be with him. He's a pos of a person) I tell him they need to figure out the living situation down there like adults. I guess his mom was here too. They both walked out the side door (my SO right there cleaning out the garage) my SO asked if he was really moving out and he responded that yes he was moving out.
Does anyone else have a teenager that yells when playing a video game? It be funny but sometimes I wanna yell shut the hell up!! 😆😆😆
My plan is to not get an epidural but just to scream and yell and make everybody else just as miserable 😂
