Saw this in a group I’m in.

I’m dropping a few toys off at our local Honda dealership and they give to Toys For Tots.. I’m glad I saw this:

“ i just witnessed the most shocking thing... a woman returning multiple "gifts", clothes, bikes, skateboards, dolls... all given by Angel Tree she said. Walmart didn't give her cash, but they gave her a gift card to be used for ANYTHING Walmart sells! After almost crying (seriously), I asked the Walmart associate how often they saw this, the answer was ALL DAY the day after Christmas... IF you do give to ANY of the multiple organizations that give to children, please take time to mark through the bar code with a black Sharpie (Walmart says they look for this)”

Was it someone from the organization returning the toys or someone that received the gifts?

Doesn’t surprise me whatsoever. I know it’s hard for us to understand, but I see it a lot. Some parents are SO selfish and put themselves before their kids all. the. time.

My husband just took toys into work today to donate. He is working late so he is still there, called him up and had him scratch it. Thanks!!!

In my office we collected over 1,000 toys last weekend, I'm going to mark the barcodes off the higher priced items now since im bagging things up tomorrow for families

I love how I repeatedly told my father in law not to let my daughter root through the toy box because she doesn’t want…

I love how I repeatedly told my father in law not to let my daughter root through the toy box because she doesn’t want anything out of it anyway and he keeps picking her up and taking her to the toy box no matter how many times I tell her no and tell him she doesn’t even want anything out of there anyway. At first I told him “only let her get one toy” so she picks one up and he is still holding her over the toy box then tries to put her over the baby gate so she can grab more. I’m sorry but you aren’t the one that has to pick up all these toys. You aren’t the one who has to put them back. He never picks up toys. Everyone wants to get the toys out for her out no one ever wants to help me pick them back up. The fact that I said not to let her get anything out of the box more than 5 times really pisses me off. You may be her grandparent but you aren’t her parent. So now I have mass toys to pic up on top of the toys she already had out from this morning

So question Has anybody successfully not be able to give there seconds or third child like cookies fast food etc .

So question Has anybody successfully not be able to give there seconds or third child like cookies fast food etc . After seeing the effect after giving it to your your first children ? For example: my son only drink chocolate milk :( he will drink white milk and cereal but never by it self ) with my daughter I’m trying to not give her NONE . My son loves cookies , I’m trying to not give my daughter none !!
