With holidays coming up what are some things you moms try to do every year with the kiddos or want to start doing as a tradition! And the ages you started! I really want to to start doing holiday things with my son this year by next year we will have our little girl so I wanted to do something special this year.
My grandmother never put the Christmas tree up on thanksgiving day but my stepsisters grandma does and I want to start that bc she has done a lot for us despite the fact that her son and my stepmom aren’t together anymore. My stepmom still has a great relationship with her and she’s such a sweet soul, she still takes care of my little brother bc my dad and step mom are truck drivers.

Pumpkin patch! Renaissance fare, elf on a shelf, apple picking, baking together during Thanksgiving and Christmas times. Many things that we have already started doing.

Same as Ice. My kids help bake cookies for Christmas. Thanksgiving we stay home and they are very involved in cooking the dinner they love helping out

I'm skipping to after Thanksgiving. We decorate for Christmas, bake treats, go out driving and look at Christmas lights. We drink cocoa and watch movies together.

Fall we take a drive to see the scenery and the elk. Christmas we put up decorations and bake. We did go to an amusement park to see the lights but they stopped doing it.
