Do you get your kids the flu shot ? At my son’s one year appt they wanted to give him a flu shot. Just curious because I declined. I don’t get the flu shot, so I figured why should he 🤷🏽♀️
My doctor also recommended me getting the flu shot while pregnant ? I'm not sure if I want to or if i should ? It's all scary to me !! What do you ladies think ? Did you get the flu shot while pregnant ? Are there any risks? Or should I wait ? I'm so scared of taking anything while pregnant , much less getting this shot.. He said it isn't mandatory , just recommended.

My friend just told me that once you have your baby they get a hepatitis b shot and flu shot automatically. I don't know how I feel about the flu shot.🤔
Flu shot Is anyone getting a flu shot? Every time I get one, I get the flu really bad. The years I don't get the shot, I am fine. My on strongly recommends I get one before the baby gets here. I didn't get one when my son was born. I'm torn. Don't know what I should do!!!

I’m allergic so I just make sure my house is super clean, stress frequent hand washing and see my chiropractor regularly. I see him tomorrow matter of fact. I don’t force my family after I did the year my son was born and everyone except me and the kid had to take a week off after getting that shot and I had to take care of everyone down to the in laws. It really is okay to let your body build antibodies.

I get it because my works is requires it or you wear a mask from December till March. And I get it for my daughter cause she is in daycare and I don’t want her getting the flu or getting the other kids sick. And when my youngest is old enough she’ll get it as well

me and my daughter both felt fine afterwards and never got the flu just the minor colds that’s it.

We all do. I work in medicine so I have to, my husband gets discounts on our health insurance if he does (and gets physicals, etc), and my oldest is in preschool so he has to. TJ will be getting one when he’s old enough too. Too many kids die from the flu, I’m not risking it

the only time I’ve ever gotten the flu was the one year I didn’t get the shot......

We all always get the flu shot. I'm not trying to clean up a bunch of flu puke. They're also required for public school where I live. But even it they weren't, we would still get them

we've never gotten the flu or had any side effects from the shot. I've had the flu as a kid before the shot existed and it was so awful. I never want to get it again and never want my kids to get it

I waited until my oldest started school. She was always home anyways 🤷
Then they both started getting the flu shot. But Aubrey (7 year old) was also allergic to eggs till age 3 so that's also mostly why we said no
