How dovyou deal with depressiin and feeling like you lost who you are?
I would suggest seeing and talking to your doctor. Therapy and medication could be an option. Maybe CBD oil or vitamins could be an aid. Take time for you. Try getting out of the house when you can and being around friends/family. Talk to your partner about what's going on as well. Don't feel guilty to do things to take care of yourself.
We go to story time. Find a moms group or a play date!! Get out of the house or it won’t get any better in my experience
I keep a super busy schedule. Especially in the winter. I go to play groups, the gym, museums, parks, library with my daughter all on a regular basis. I picked up a hobby and I read some during my down time. I also practice yoga and meditate especially when I'm hitting a rough patch
I cant go anywhere while my boyfriend is at work so i only have 1 day to get out of the house.
@hbowen2018 make the most of that one day then.is anything within walking distance. You can still keep a good schedule of activities at home
