Hey my daughter fell & hit her head & scratched it. Should I take her to the dr🤔😕 it’s not deep as it looks on pictures I’m just wondering what I should do

Wash it with water and put peroxide on it if it bubbles it is start of infection

Peroxide's bubbling has absolutely NOTHING to do with infection. At all.

My son did that but he slipped in shower and his head got that way i would just clean it up she should be fine... if bleeding dont stop take her in

Put some Vaseline on it and keep a check on it. If it's no better by Monday I'd definitely call dr

Bubbling can prevent any debris stuck in wound ! Good and bad bacteria as well !
