So I bought a menstrual cup because it seemed like the tampons just made my cramps worse. I switched to pads but they are far too messy so I chose to do a menstrual cup. I freaked out because it went way in there but I did some googling so I hope I dont panic to get it out. Does anyone on here use a menstrual cup? So far so good. Btw, I'm nt afraid its gonna spill. I'm pretty good at keeping my area clean. I only say that because I told someone I bought this and she said "eww what if it spills all over the place at work?" And I'm like well for one I can wear it for 12 hours so I only plan on taking it out at home.

Aww really? I'm all old just now finding out about this lol that's good info. I'm gonna grab some panty liners tomorrow but so far so good. I freaked out again a little when taking it out but I kept telling myself to relax and it worked perfect lol already it's better:)
I used a cup and it was the only way i could survive a period for a while before my hysterectomy. Seriously tho I totally recommend looking into that Facebook group as well.
Yeah you can't lose them in there. And if you dont want to change it that long you'll need a pad or pantyliner still because it will start to leak on heavy days. I recommend emptying the cup at least every 4h

@kambam that's what I hear. I'm glad I got it finally. Last month I was fed up and I ran across an ad for a menstrual cup so I was like I'll try it and I started researching and reading reviews and all the ladies were all for it.
So I invested in a menstrual cup.....

Day 3 of using the menstrual cup so far I like it but I find myself having to adjust it often. Sometimes I have to other times I don’t. Does anyone else have this problem? Like it feels like it’s going to fall out and the tip is sticking out a bit. Am I not putting it in right?

My cup was suctioned so good this morning, I struggled for 15 minutes trying to get that sucker (haha) out. It was embarrassing but I had to have my hubby help me 😂 He even struggled for a good 5 minutes, too.
(I was at the end so I knew there would be little to no blood. He was great about it though 😍)
It is so amazing!!! I started using it when I was 13. Game Changer!!! I usually wear panty liners with it just in case but it almost never leaks. Soooo amazing
