So I bought a menstrual cup because it seemed like the tampons just made my cramps worse. I switched to pads but they are far too messy so I chose to do a menstrual cup. I freaked out because it went way in there but I did some googling so I hope I dont panic to get it out. Does anyone on here use a menstrual cup? So far so good. Btw, I'm nt afraid its gonna spill. I'm pretty good at keeping my area clean. I only say that because I told someone I bought this and she said "eww what if it spills all over the place at work?" And I'm like well for one I can wear it for 12 hours so I only plan on taking it out at home.

It is so amazing!!! I started using it when I was 13. Game Changer!!! I usually wear panty liners with it just in case but it almost never leaks. Soooo amazing

Aww really? I'm all old just now finding out about this lol that's good info. I'm gonna grab some panty liners tomorrow but so far so good. I freaked out again a little when taking it out but I kept telling myself to relax and it worked perfect lol already it's better:)

I used a cup and it was the only way i could survive a period for a while before my hysterectomy. Seriously tho I totally recommend looking into that Facebook group as well.

If you like, on Facebook there is a group called “The Beauty Room”.
If you - once you’re added - search the search bar for “mensural cups” you’ll get a tonnnnnn of info from other people’s posts.

Yeah you can't lose them in there. And if you dont want to change it that long you'll need a pad or pantyliner still because it will start to leak on heavy days. I recommend emptying the cup at least every 4h

that's what I hear. I'm glad I got it finally. Last month I was fed up and I ran across an ad for a menstrual cup so I was like I'll try it and I started researching and reading reviews and all the ladies were all for it.
