I’ve used one for four years and love it! It takes some getting use to and the right fit.
I had a hard time gripping it to take it out, my shoulder started cramping. 🤣 maybe I'm too out of shape! 🙃😆
@scidg3, ok so I don’t know how to explain without sounding gross so excuse me lol but try push ur cervix like you’re gonna poop, it will lower the cervix so you may get a better grip.

Last night was fine, couldn't feel it or anything. Today I could feel it and it made me nauseous working to get it out but I might have put it too far up. Idk
@scidg3, not tmi at all, I get it. I want to try it but I’m worried about when I’m out and I have to change it.
@imacat it claims you change it in AM and then night but it depends on how much of a bleeder you are.
I bought one 3 years ago...have yet to try it 😂...it just seems so messy to me
Ride it out a little longer. I wasn’t sure initially but really is so much better than the alternatives
