Day 3 of using the menstrual cup so far I like it but I find myself having to adjust it often. Sometimes I have to other times I don’t. Does anyone else have this problem? Like it feels like it’s going to fall out and the tip is sticking out a bit. Am I not putting it in right?

@mommyof1beauty, no they are reusable. U rinse them out and reinsert. Mine said u can boil it to sterilize it but I’d do that at the end of the cycle

Have you cut the tip off your cup? I’m not sure if you know but you can trim the tip. I trimmed mine completely off and turned it inside out. Makes it shorter and more comfortable to use. Don’t worry about not being able to reach it without a tip. If you bear down, your cervix will lower bringing the cup down.

Update in case u care hahaha. I got a smaller cup the size 1 and it’s so much better. I also cut the tip on that one too because they are def too long!! Thanks again for all the tips and tricks. I’m a passing them along to the ladies in my life now haha!!

I’m sure you’re doing it right. It is possible it’s not the best cup for you. They have shorter cups. The diva cup does this to me sometimes and it’s because the cervix goes up and down.

It takes time to get it in just right. Wetting with water before hand helps.

I do wet it I read that on the instructions but @massmomma16, let me know I could cut the tip so I did that and now it’s perfect!! Thanks ladies. I knew u would be able to help a sister out!!! Love this freaking thing now and told my one sister about it already. Going to tell my other sister too!!

Omg I’ve heard of these but scared to use them! Let me know how it goes as you continue to use it, I might have to give it a try. Since having my son, I usually just wear pads but I hate how bulky they are
