My son woke up this morning feeling really warm so I took his temp and it was 99.4. I gave him some Tylenol and he started feeling better. He just woke up from a nap feeling warm again and his temp was 99.4 again so I just gave him Tylenol. I checked his gums this morning when I first gave him Tylenol and they were red and swollen. 😩😩
I wish I could do more than Tylenol. He don’t like his teething rings so idk what else I can do
I made some popsicles out of koolaid for him and I’ve seen the teething tablets I’ll have to get some
I’ve also heard about the vanilla. Someone told me pickles help. That the vinegar helps pull the teeth out? 🤔
I wouldn't medicate that temp. Its very slight. Freeze a wash cloth, popsicles, watermelon etc. For the gums.
@cameronsmommy17, if you don’t want to just give meds for a temp that low, a Luke warm bath helps tremendously with cooking them down! Also, make some “homemade yogurt drops” or you can rub vanilla on the gums but I think it has to be a certain vanilla and I can’t remember which one so you’d have to look that up lol they also make some chamomile teething tablets that you can buy from Walmart that worked decently with my daughter when she was teething badly
