What do you all use for your own coughs? Last night was the first night I got any sleep, any other night this cough has got me up all night 😫

@jo.wilcox, it won’t make you worse, I suffer really bad with my chest and it dosent take the cough away but it does help settle it down so you can atleast sleep xx
@chelsea2018 amazing, I'll give it a go! So annoying, I just start to nod off then my chest plays up and I'm coughing all night! Been I'll since October with one bug after another, i blame Charlie starting nursery and bringing everything back with him 😫😂 xx
@jo.wilcox, omg I know! It’s the same with lex 9 times out of 10 she will catch something but me and Logan always get it the worst!😂 dreading it when Logan goes nursery too🤦♀️xx
Next time I want to try to puree bananas, honey and water together (have as a hot/ warm drink). It's meant to work wonders.
Yeah, I don't really do cough medicines since they're just high sugar content syrups lol. I haven't heard of banana and honey, ilk have to give that a shot! Thanks x
I don't usually put much faith in cough medicine, but the last two times I've started to get a tickle I've used buttercup cough syrup. And it's stopped my cough getting any worse.
I rub Vicks on both feet and cover with socks for coughs x
