How do you guys manage to go places with small children?

My girls are a complete disaster every where we go!! When we go out we take toys, water, their tablets and give them treats when they are behaving. I always make sure they are rested and fed before long outtings and even before running quick errands.....yet they still make every single outting impossible! Like for example today, we woke up had breakfast and took them to the zoo, within 15 mins of being inside they were both crying and flipping like a fish out of the water..

Is this ever going to change?

I feel like a failure!

They go to grow out it about 3. At least my girls did.

I just go a whoop little booties when they get too out of hand. Personally that solves my problem, if dad tags along I walk away and tell him good luck.

I know I've posted this before but when your water was leaking did it stay leaking or just with movements or what? Did you get contractions shortly after or no? I rolled out of bed and felt warmth leak out but Idk if it was possibly urine or what...never had it happen. It didn't smell like anything really...I know I should either call l&d or go in but I just want some experiences please. I want to wait a bit just in case it's nothing.

need suggestions.... So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.

son getting out of car seat

son getting out of car seat So a couple days ago my son started getting himself out of his car seat while we are on the road. He will be 2 years old May 27th. He pushes the chest clip all the way down and pulls his arms and shoulders out of the straps but is still buckled at the waist. Today he did it 4 times, we had to pull over every time. What do you guys do when they start doing this? My Britax came with these long rubber strap covers but I took them off a while ago when he was to small for them. Are they to stop him from pushing the chest clip down? I just want to know if these will help before I take it apart to put them back on.
