I'm not naive enough to think men don't check out other women, but if I ever caught him doing it especially if it was obvious, when he's out in public with me I would dead set cut him! 🗡 That is so fucking disrespectful to you!
I spoke to him about it yesterday more then once and was rude to him the whole day and didn't want to kiss him.

Not that I've seen. I think its human nature to at least notice someone you personally find attractive. That said there is a huge difference between appreciation and being totally disrespectful.
