My sons new stand in science teacher called my job asking for me. My manager called me to let me know but maybe for safety reasons the teacher gave 0 info on what school and which student. This lady scared me I was confused as to who is asking for me not knowing which school to start with. But I get a call from the teacher in question and she called was to ask me why my son isn’t taking notes in class 🙄. I’m like did you ask him? Or spoke with his iep case manager and she said I’m new I don’t know the kids very well 😒. Come to find out the reason he didn’t take notes was because she was giving oral notes and my son has auditory processing disorder and he said she spoke to fast and couldn’t keep up and when she called him out he got emotional. Lady learn about your students 🤦🏻‍♀️. Now looks like we have to have a new IEP meeting.

The Facebook post was about free school lunches and the amount of people against kids getting free food at school is wild!!! This man said the schools already doing the parents job of teaching their kids 🤔 I’m sorry what lol let the kids eat in peace why are we against kids being fed at school.

30 minutes into his first zoom class with audio issues im ready to throw my husbands computer out the window. I told him our son will use mine cause I know it has Bluetooth for my headphones that’s already linked to it but noooooo he told him to use his 🤦🏻‍♀️. I’m throwing hands with him once he gets home! I couldn’t switch the kids mid lessons now I have to wait for this first zoom class to end 😭😭. Screw the zoom classes give them a thick packet to do and call it a day. Rant over 😌. All that chaos and no coffee, I manage not to curse a kid out 😂. That’s a plus.

All the Valentine’s Day class letters I’ve gotten the teachers would just say they have X amount of kids in the class and ask to be mindful of peanut allergies. My daughters teacher gave us a list of students names. I’m not personalizing treat bags based on gender lol everyone is getting the same thing, she’s an open trump supporter I felt like replying back thank you for the names but the bags are gender neutral ☺️. What I have here is what’s going in the bags regardless if your a boy or girl.

My daughter is recovering from a bad cold she got on Tuesday night. She was just able to return to school today, so when her friend came over this morning because it’s twin day and she wanted to go to school with my daughter, when she started coughing up a storm my heart sank to my booty 😭. I’m going to assume it’s allergies, or she also is getting passed the cold and has the lingering cough, I’m being very delusional that another parent would not send their kid to another parents home with the knowledge that their child has or is coming down with something….

Poor jehova witness lady couldn’t walk away fast enough after her friend read sacrifice 😂😂.

Me: This summer I can open my availability hours and possibly get more side money 😁 now that the kids are older and more independent.
My 17 year old son: there’s a summer work program I want to do.
Me: there’s always next summer lol.

My manager is telling us he is getting emails from Outback on how to handle if immigration comes to the restaurant. I told that man you better not tell them I’m a citizen, let me waste their time!! I don’t have proof of citizenship on hand aside from my drivers license it will be a minute for them to find it 😂😂.
