I just started taking provera today and I’m a bit confused because I’m reading comments that if your period starts…

You can always call your drs office too if you have questions. I always just speak with a nurse on staff with any questions I have.

I was told by my doctor to stop as soon as af starts, but for me I took them for the whole 10 days and didn't start bleeding till four days after the last pill.

Wait- question. Because I didn’t know you were supposed to stop once your period started. Also my doctor has had me on 5 days of it at 10mg per day..

Now I’m wondering if that’s why I started a light period and it ended super quick and stayed light last month! I just kept taking them even though I’d started bleeding.

@angelreaper171 from what I was told? Your supposed to stop them once Af starts sonic you take them 3 days? And Af starts? I'd stop them because they have done there job..now a few ladies will do the full10 days then af start couple days afterwards..just depends if your body needs a little boost..or a big one with more days

I started taking them Jan 30th..Af started February 2nd I stopped them
