I'm moving to my home state in 1 week. I'm high risk and have gestational diabetes as well. My sugars have been out of control. I'm doing everything I'm supposed to do. I know it will take at least 3-4 weeks to get approved for medicaid when I move and I will need to see a dr asap. I'm stressing out.
Trigger. Lost baby Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?
Quick question! Do you HAVE TO go to your 6 week checkup? What exactly does the doctor do at this appt? I have two kids and can't remember. I'm having a cesarean this time around too. I just can't remember what's discussed at the 6 week appointment. And the only reason I'm asking is because I'm moving out of state. I have to vacate my place by the end of January. My scheduled c section is the 21st of this month.

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
how do i break the news to my mom that i'm moving out when i'm 18?

I don't know about where youre moving but where I live medicade will back pay 3 previous months of pregnancy. So even if you go tell them youre going to get medicade and give them the info once youre approved. If you get a bill call billing dpt and tell them youre awaiting approval.

Are you on medicine for it? What are your numbers running? I had it and it was never under 180 no matter what I did, and I was on insulin. If it can't be controlled you will more than likely need insulin. Medicaid should cover that, and if not, you can get it super cheap at Wal Mart pharmacy. Like $5. I have great insurance and didn't even need it for the insulin the price was that good.

@lovelily, my number are not coming under 120. Even with insulin it goes up to 140 sometimes. With insulin could you bring it down under 120?

@angel.simenthy Well mine were well into the 200s before insulin. But it's all in how much insulin you are prescribed and how you react. They kept upping my dosages right up until delivery and my averages were 150-180. That's with a complete diet change as well. I'm pre-diabetic even now.
