My consultant told me when I wos having my first that if you can’t feel them moving put a tea spoon in the freezer for 10 mins and then put it on ur tummy it shocks them cos it’s so cold it sounds cruel but is completely safe I tried it once or twice an it dose work xxx

Ah that’s good! Still have a look on Kicks Count as there’s an app that helps you keep track of their movements or a wrist band you can get etc. Ever worried or in doubt about something always give midwife or hospital a call, thats what their there for. Yeah it’s so much easier once ya know it. Ya welcome hun xx

@x-t-x, oh !! We have movement ! I’ve just had a drink and laid on my side haha.. yay 😁🤰🏻 I was tempted to call midwife. I think I’ve got to get used to her pattern I think it’s changed as she’s got bigger... thank you for help hun 💝 xx

Try drinking something cold and lay on ya left side hun. Also have a look on the Kicks Count page they have loads of information about bubs movements, as there’s no set number as all baby’s are different it’s just knowing your baby’s pattern. If your ever worried about her movements always give ya midwife a call xx

@em93bbourn, I crave fizzy pop cause it stops me feeling sick🤦🏻‍♀️🙄 I’ve noticed my baby boy loves it when the Xbox pad is on my tummy and it’s vibrating he kicks like bloody mad😂 Xx

@lozjessop_, yeah that’s like my girl at the moment.. I’ve tried a few things but I think she’s doing her own thing lol just hope she’s ok because I read they should move 30 times in 2 hours 👀... she moved a lot after Chinese curry last night & this morning when I was waking up... I need to get some fizzy pop I’m proper craving Fanta as well lol xx

I’ve heard that fizzy pop and laying on your side too! My baby boy is the same one day he will be so active and can’t stop moving then the next day he’s hibernating all day🤦🏻‍♀️ Xx
